Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on all orders apart from orders to the UK which are sent with a different serice. 
All orders over €70 are sent with a tracked service, we also offer an option to upgrade to priority shipping if you need to receive you order urgently.

Purchases under €70 are shipped with a standard untracked service.

America & Canada 1-3 days 

Australia & New Zealand 4-6 days

Please note that orders made outside of Europe may be liable for import taxes on arrival. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

Orders sent to the UK with a priority courier service may also be subject to additional customs upon arrival. 

Our UK forwarding service will never have any additional fees. 

All premium shipped items include a tracked UPS/DHL tracking code. Please check the status of your parcel to find the location and expected delivery time.

Our free tracked service are sent with Correos and will be handed over to your local post office for delivery.

Product Quality & Care

We are proud of the high standard and quality of our watches, all Hurtig Lane timepieces include a 2 year warranty on the watch movement.

In the unlikely event that you should experience a problem with your Hurtig Lane product, please contact us at info@hurtiglane.com and our friendly team will help you. 

We do not offer an engraving service, but all watch backs have already been engraved with our logo. If you wish to engrave something on the back of the watch, you can do this through a local jeweller.

We love all animals and every item in our store is ethical, cruelty free and Vegan. 

The straps in our Mykonos, Hymnal and Amalfi collections have an easy click-on/click-off system which allows you to change the straps. 

Payment and website queries

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay. 

When a payment method cannot be verified online whilst placing an order, this lack of verification is not influenced by Hurtig Lane, but is due to the payment method or bank.

There can be multiple safety reasons our payment partners reject an online payment (usually via credit card).

if you are still experiencing a problem making a payment please contact your bank or alternatively you can create a Paypal account which is a secure method of payment or try another form of payment. 

We do not currently offer physical gift cards. We can however create a unique gift code to the amount that you wish. So that you can treat a friend whilst allowing them to pick the perfect Hurtig Lane product of their choice.
