How much is shipping? 
We offer free shipping on all orders. 
Orders over 69 euros are shipped with DHL express worldwide service and orders under 69 euros are shipped with a standard tracked service. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive with your express service? 
Europe 1-2 days 
Rest of the World 2-3 days. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive with your standard service? 
Europe 3-6 days 
Rest of the World 7-14 days

Will I need to pay import taxes? 
Please note that orders made outside of Europe may be liable for import taxes on arrival. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

Where is my order?
All express shipped items include a tracked DHL tracking code. Please check the status of your parcel to find the location and expected delivery time.

How long is the warranty on Hurtig Lane products? 
We are proud of the high standard and quality of our watches, all Hurtig Lane timepieces include a 2 year warranty. 

How should I care for my Hurtig Lane purchase?

My watch is no longer working, what should I do? 
In the unlikely event that you should experience a problem with your Hurtig Lane product, please contact us at info@hurtiglane.com and our friendly team will help you. 

Do you offer product engraving? 
We do not offer an engraving service, but all watch backs have already been engraved with our logo. If you wish to engrave something on the back of the watch, you can do this through a local jeweller.

Are all Hurtig Lane products Vegan?
We love all animals and every item in our store is ethical, cruelty free and Vegan. 

Are all Hurtig Lane straps interchangable?
The straps in our Mykonos and Amalfi collections have an easy click-on/click-off system which allows you to change the straps. 

Which payment methods do you accept? 
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay. 

My card has been declined what should I do? 
When a payment method cannot be verified online whilst placing an order, this lack of verification is not influenced by Hurtig Lane, but due to the payment method or bank.

There can be multiple safety reasons our payment partners reject an online payment (usually via credit card).

We kindly advise you to create a Paypal account which is a secure method of payment or try another payment account when placing the order. 

Can I order a Hurtig Lane gift card? 
Yes, we offer gift cards for the amount of your choice. So that you can treat a friend whilst allowing them to pick the perfect Hurtig Lane product of their choice.

How can I sell Hurtig Lane products?
